Paul Kirkbride serves as CEO of One Washington Financial and COO of WSECU, where he oversees the member experience. With over 27 years of experience in financial services, Paul has a proven track record of reshaping lending programs and designing scalable technology solutions.

PRINCIPAL

Scott Daukas manages One Washington Financial's $25 million investment fund dedicated to early-stage fintech CUSOs. With more than 25 years of credit union industry experience, he has helped launch multiple CUSOs from the ground up, evaluated and executed more than 20 direct investments, and chaired several CUSO boards.

Gary Swindler is the President & CEO of WSECU and serves as Board Chair for One Washington Financial. With over 30 years at WSECU, Gary has guided the credit union's growth to over 330,000 members and more than $5 billion in assets.

BOARD MEMBER

Doug Mah has served on the WSECU Board since 2011. Formerly the Mayor of Olympia, Doug now owns and operates Doug Mah & Associates, LLC. He was honored with the 2024 Distinguished Leader Award by Leadership Thurston County for his civic leadership.

Michael Cockrill is Chief Technology Officer at Altius Institute for Biomedical Sciences. He previously served as Chief Information Officer on Governor Jay Inslee's cabinet for the State of Washington, bringing over 25 years of technology leadership experience to the board.

Tracy Guerin has been a WSECU Board member since 2009 and served as Board Chair in 2021. She retired in 2025 as Director of the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems, bringing decades of public sector financial leadership experience.

Randy Gunderson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WSECU. Previously, he served as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Verity Credit Union, bringing extensive financial leadership experience to One Washington Financial's board.
