OWF’s Daukas Wins Circuit’s Innovation Catalyst Award

Last week, the One Washington Financial (OWF) team attended the Circuit Owner Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona. Circuit (formerly Members Development Company) is a collaborative innovation network of 80+ credit unions and CUSOs representing over $382 billion in assets, including Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU), OWF’s parent company.  

Held twice a year, the Owner Meeting brings together C-suite leaders from mid-to-large credit unions to explore emerging technologies, review shared R&D initiatives, and connect with peers driving innovation across the industry. With a focus on actionable insights over vendor pitches, it's one of the credit union movement's premier forums for forward-thinking collaboration. 

This year, Circuit presented its first-ever series of awards to individuals and credit unions who made a meaningful impact on the industry.  

Scott Daukas, Chief Partnership Officer at OWF, was awarded Circuit’s first Innovation Catalyst Award for his contributions to the industry: 

Innovation Catalyst: Honors a creative thinker who inspires new possibilities and helps push Circuit projects forward. Recognizes individuals who introduce bold ideas, champion experimentation, and spark meaningful innovation across programs and pilots.
